Press FAQ
Members of the press are welcome to attend, but they must purchase tickets like any other participant.
1. Do I need to disclose that I’m press?
Absolutely. If you are attending as a member of the press, you must clearly disclose your affiliation and wear your press badge visibly at all times.
2. Are there any restrictions on taking photos or recording?
Yes. To respect the privacy of all attendees, please ask for explicit permission before taking any photos, videos, or recordings. Many attendees may prefer to remain off-camera, so your cooperation is essential.
3. Will there be specific press passes or press areas?
No, there are no special press passes or designated areas. You will be attending as a regular participant but are required to follow the above guidelines regarding disclosure and privacy.
4. Are interviews or coverage restrictions in place?
You are free to conduct interviews, but please ensure that interviewees are aware that you are with the press and have agreed to the conversation being recorded or published.
5. What happens if I don’t follow these guidelines?
Failure to comply with the guidelines, especially regarding privacy and permission for photos, may result in your removal from the event.
